Ambitious, demanding, reliable, cooperative, supportive

BAL has been a reliable employer in the field of construction planning and management for about 40 years. Nothing has changed in these decades with regard to our core competence of construction management, but we ourselves have constantly improved. Our ambition is to seek new challenges and grow with them, to work with the best to be among the best. And our employees are on this exciting journey with us. Working with BAL allows them to expand their knowledge base and assume responsibility, develop and qualify themselves. It goes without saying that we want them to stay with us. We strive for long-term relationships and offer our employees a secure future.
