One-third of our colleagues have a direct immigrant background—either they themselves or their parents’ generation came to the Federal Republic of Germany from another country.
They are highly educated professionals, architects, and engineers, and their social skills make them an indispensable and integral part of our team.
Without them, we would be unable to accept one-third of our commissions or carry out one-third of our projects—including museums, schools, universities, and administrative and cultural buildings in both the public and private sectors.
We are happy to take on responsibility and, through our expertise in complex construction projects, contribute our share to social development in Berlin and throughout Germany.
