The BAL central office is moving to a new location

Soon we’ll be working in the historic Kornversuchsspeicher in Berlin’s Europacity district.

With this archetypal harbor warehouse building — masterfully reinterpreted by AFF Architekten from the era of Berlin’s historic urban and commercial culture — we will soon move into a listed architectural landmark that reflects the BAL philosophy in a successful symbiosis of “new” and “old.” In doing so, we are sending a signal both externally to our clients and cooperation partners, and internally to our team, of the highest standards in design, quality, planning, execution, and construction management. We very much hope that the “Kornversuchsspeicher” and the spaces we are about to occupy will become not only a place of work for all of us, but also a professional home and a symbol of identification with BAL.
